Shipping policy

All Rootly orders are shipped internationally from our supplier warehouse and delivered within 15–25 business days to South Africa. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 30 days please contact us at hellorootly@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
